I was a new patient, and EVERYONE in the office was so professional and friendly. They accommodated me in a very timely manner. The entire office was very up-to-date with hi-tech equipment and it has such a pleasant environment. I had such a great experience with Premiere Dental of Abington I was very anxious at first but the Dentist and hygienist did a great job in making me feel comfortable and anxiety free! Highly recommend them to anyone who has anxiety about the dentist. Premiere Dental of Abington is the only place to go if your looking for a dentist who is down to earth, straight forward and financially reasonable if you don't have dental insurance. Premier Dental was truly amazing, caring & friendly & very supportive with me . The Dr was truly amazing when I say amazing he was & very gentle & made feel comfortable & that made me happy . This is my new dentist & I will refer my family & friends . Thank you so much for taking good care of me & your workers & the staff at the front desk we’re the best so friendly & so warm welcoming when I got there it’s like family.. I will be back in a week for a follow up and I can’t wait . I called the office by 9am on 12/21 and I was in the office for an appointment that same day by 11:30am. I had an excessive amouyof work that needed to be done and I felt rather embarrassed about the dental work that I needed because of this my anxiety was at an all time high. But when I get to the office the dental assistant made me feel so comfortable while I was in the back waiting for the dentist. Then Dr. Bekerman made me feel good. His conversation was calming and his chair side manner was so warm and professional. I was almost in years because it was such a beautiful experience. Even the dental clerks were amazing, helpful and friendly. He has a patient In me for life and I will recommend him to all my family and friends. He is the real deal. ~ Tee M

I was having a significant tooth issue and when I called they were very nice and set me up with an immediate appointment. Samantha was amazing; she made me feel very comfortable, even getting me to laugh. Dr. Patel also spoke with me. She was very calm, clear and caring. She tried to think of options outside the box to assist me too. Though the news about my teeth was not good, overall I felt cared for. If I had someone like Samantha in the past I probably would have amazing teeth now. The office took care of x rays and helping me with treatment options. I am going back next week so that is a huge step. Front office folks and those in the the back-everyone was super nice and helpful. Recommend giving them a try. ~ Roxane H

This Dentists and the place was such a pleasant experience. I can believe I am speaking about going to the Dentist office this way, but its true.It was a relaxing and calming environment and believe it or not actually enjoyable experience. The service was great the staff was great and the price was right.Great service and very reasonable price.I highly recommended going. Not to mention I was and am always a bit on edge about going to any Dentists in the first place, I hate it. Well that feeling was gone quick. Any anxiety or negatively goes right out the window your looking out,its a nice view. So go you won't regret it. I highly recommend it. I originally called Premiere because I was experiencing difficulties with services I received from another dental office. I expressed my concerns, and within an hour they were able to fit me in for an emergency visit. Dr. Bekerman not only was efficient, but kind. He listened to my concerns and tackled the issues quickly. For the first time in years I am able to sip on my Matcha Frappuccino without pain. His dental assistant was also a gem if I might add. While waiting, we were able to share a few laughs which calmed my nerves. My family knew Dr. Carber before he retired, and felt confident that he would leave his practice in capable hands. As expected he truly did. It was also nice to see a few familiar friendly faces in the office. ~ Yeriel P

After coming from a really bad experience with getting denture implants, walking into this office was like a breath of fresh air. It was so much of what I desperately needed at the time. They restored my faith in doctors and dentists. Jessica was probably the first warm face I got to talk to. She seemed very interested in listening to my past experience…. I needed that!!! She explained everything that would be done at this point in my journey to getting beautiful teeth. She was able to get pricing for me, basically anything that I needed to know. I’m fortunate to have insurance that helps with the cost. My previous bad experience put me in a very bad position to use my insurance. That is my current battle with MetLife. ~ Karen J

My visit was the BEST, I had my reservations (concerns) but Dr. Berkeman (I hope i spelled it correct) made sure I was comfortable and felt safe before starting my Root Canal. It was fast and painless. Literally Except a tiny pinch from the needle but that’s beyond his control. From the front desk to the dental assistant, very sweet and professional. My children came to the appointment with me, when I say they felt at home. They were treated so good by another staff member. This is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to and my fears of a dentist, COMPLETELY GONE... I will never visit another dentist as long as this one is around. I normally do not write reviews or give feedback to anyone but I had to for this ! I was having an emergency with a cracked tooth! From my first phone call, I was impressed by the professionalism and courteous staff! I was given an appointment immediately! This 5 star service continued with the ex—ray technician & during my emergency extraction! Please note that I dislike dentists with a passion! I haven’t had one that I trusted since I was a teenager & I’m a senior now! I’ve had so many horrible dental experiences! Premiere Dental alleviated all of my fears; I will not have to worry anymore! I was pleased with the level of care in time of COVID. After I arrived, I noticed they wiped down the front entrance door handles and was impressed with their care and cleanliness. You have the option to wait in the car until it is time to come in and the staff is genuinely helpful, providing any information needed to help the patient make their care decisions. The Dr and technician worked to provide me with what I needed for immediate relief for what had become a tooth "crisis". I had both a root canal and tooth extraction done the same day. It was relatively painless considering the invasive types of procedures, and the technology used is state of the art. ~ Roseanne O

My experience at Geneva Dental . Glenside , PA was great experience, I am not fan of Dentist from previous dental experience. But this office was wonderful , from the secretary to all the staff was courteous. Britt the Dentist Assistant. reassure me everything will be ok , Britt examine my teeth Told me any discomfort just to just raise your hand , the xray tech was good , she probably realized That I was having little discomfort but would ask me are you ok. Update 4/30/21: today I had the crown put in completing the whole process for me. I am so blessed to have gone to this office out of so many. Everyone in the office is super friendly and Dr Bekerman and his team did an amazing job from beginning to end. Trust me when I say, don’t overthink it, call the office and schedule your appointment. ———————— Update 3/9/21: just had my abutment put in today. Everything went well and of course pain free. Honestly I’m loving the staff and Doctor. Going back in 3 weeks to get my crown put in. ————— 12/8/20 Called their office Monday morning and by Tuesday morning I was being seen. Got a tooth extracted and an implant done. Staff is super friendly and the doctor did everything to keep me calm. I was nervous for nothing. This was my first time there and I’m definitely coming back plus now I’m making appointments to bring the rest of the family. ~ Mel

My husband and I recently switched to Premiere Dental. We both were having teeth issues and lost faith in our previous dentist. We are hands-down so happy we found Premiere! My husband was having the worst pain imaginable, which resulted in 5 root canals. Within the first week of switching to them, both dentists’ here gave him their cell number to call/text directly with any pain or discomfort. Needless to stay he could’ve moved in for a good two weeks he was there so much. The second he contacted them with pain, they found a way to fit him in immediately. They walked him through everything they were doing and why. I can’t put into words the care, time and empathy they put in for him just in these last few months. They are quick, efficient and very skilled at what they do. I cannot highly recommend them enough. Thank you for everything!!! ~ Brittany S

I had a horrible toothache. I called and spoke with the receptionist Carol she went above and beyond. I was in so much pain I wasn’t thinking straight. I gave my Heath insurance information and she made a few calls for me and got my dental insurance information. Carol got me in within a few hours. When I got to the office they had everything ready. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. I was very nervous and in pain. The doctor and staff made me feel comfortable. The assistant actually held my hand through the whole process. The extraction was quick and painless. I wish I could give a 10 star rating. ~ Dinah B

My appointment experience was very good, and the wait time was very short. The receptionist was very pleasant and professional. My experience with the doctors was very pleasant, professional and they was able to explain in detail, what was needed to be done to protect my other teeth and bone loss, also the cost of the each procedure. To add to my experience with associate (Indra Sinisuskaite) RDH, who was able to see complications after I deep cleaning, a decaying tooth under my 20 year old plus crown. The associate was able to call in another Doctor as she did earlier with Dr Mincer. It was determine I would have problems with older crowns, as a result the doctor was able to confirm the concern by the associate. I also confirmed it of having problems when I flawed in that area. It may cost me a little more, but I'm very happy to know that I will be able to eat without problems in the future. ~ Ulysses G

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I wish I could give this place 10 stars! I came saw Dr. Yefim on 5/19/20 during the Covid crisis for an emergency root canal to fix a broken molar. I was initially very nervous and anxious because I really have not had the best experience with dentists and my apprehension was in full force. But the staff and Dr. Yefim were so friendly and calm, it helped put me at ease. The assurance of Dr. Yefim when he said “If you feel one ounce of pain, the procedure is free” I was in! I was either getting a pain free procedure or a FREE procedure, there was no losing side. I paid full price! I swear I did not feel one smidge, note, hint, iota .... nothing! Even afterwards, I went to work like it was a normal day. General contractor by the way, so I wasn’t working from home either. Seriously, I wish all dentist office were like this place and kind of look forward to getting more work done. ~ Ryan H

I had Valeria as my hygienist today for the first time--she gave a great cleaning, and was gentle with sensitive areas without compromising the quality of service. She explained things in a way that put me at ease. I have a sensitive area with some gum recession, and was nervous for her to clean that area--she made me feel comfortable enough to express my nervousness, cleaned thee area comfortably, and checked in immediately after on how it went and how I was feeling. She was professional and informative, and gave me a great experience. 5 stars for sure. ~ Dana S

This 5 star review is for Indra, the dental hygienist at this practice. She is kind, gentle, and thoroughly professional. Indra takes the time to explain any issues I may have and clearly outlines all available treatment options. She listens attentively to my concerns and answers every question with care. Her recommendations are thoughtful, and she never pressures me into anything I’m not comfortable with. In all of my many years of dental visits, she is the best hygienist I’ve ever had. She and Dr. Mincer are the reason I continue to return to this practice. ~ Pat M

I have a terrible fear of having procedures done at the dentist but my experience at Premier Dental was probably the best I’ve ever had. Dr Bekerman, the dental hygienist and the dental assistant were all very compassionate, patient and kind. Dr Bekerman made sure I was pain free and he remained sweet and calm throughout the root canal process although I felt as if I may have been a difficult patient due to some of my heath conditions. I will be recommending this dental office to everyone in a need of a dentist. Every staff member that I came in contact was great, definitely 5 stars. ~ Linnea B

Was able to get scheduled quickly. Technicians are very friendly. Dental was excellent. No discomfort. Was able to get a crown replaced almost immediately. Both Dr. Mincer and Dr. Beckerman were thorough and kind. Very pleased with my recent appointments and look forward to my next appointment. I was having severe tooth pain. After visiting my general dentist, he recommended immediate root canal and also recommended an endodontist. When I called, that specialist practice refused to schedule an appointment. I called Premier Dental of Abington and got an appointment within 24 hours. Dr. Beckerman explained the procedure options and costs. He was very patient in understanding my issues with getting properly numb. The procedure was performed painlessly and efficiently. I am so happy I found this dentist office. I was in need of a root canal and other offices I called didn’t have any availability until 3 months out. Premiere Dental gave me an appointment in 2 weeks. When I arrived the first thing I noticed, which makes a huge difference, is the scent in the air. It smelled absolutely amazing in there. I checked in and was called immediately. Within 5 mins. I knew we were off to a good start. Once in the back, the assistant greeted me and started small talk (which I appreciated). That’s something small that makes a huge difference in your visit. I felt welcomed and very comfortable. My dentist came in, explained everything that will take place, and educated me on my teeth and my plan moving forward. During the procedure I was asked numerous of times how I was feeling and if I was doing ok. By the way, I felt no pain at all. I loved everything about this place hospitality. I found a new dentist! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few since moving to Montco from Bucks and was hesitant about finding a new dentist. This place had good reviews and I wouldn’t lie. I really like this place. Front desk staff are super helpful and welcoming. I love my dental hygienist! She was honest, thorough (I needed a deep cleaning) and she took her time. The dentist, Dr. Faulk was very personable and down to earth. He was actually able to do some cosmetic work right then and there on the spot And I was pleased with the results.
